From the beginning Ryan was clear and made sure each step was explained and understood. My mother was the owner and seller of the property at over 100 she was in good hands. She had a support system and Ryan communicated with everyone in a timely manner to make sure her interests were covered. There were no surprises and from his support there were no snags or hangups, our end moved smoothly from Ryan's guidance.

We saw the house for sale sign and decided to call to see the property. We talked to Ryan and told him we were leaving town the next day but wanted to see the property in the morning hours. He was very accommodating and set us up for a viewing that next morning. He was very professional and not pushy like some agents !!! That was a positive for us. We hate to be pushed and take our time with making these types of decisions. A house is a large purchase and the last thing we needed was a pushy realtor. Ryan was the complete opposite. His communication skills were excellent and he helped us every step of the way. Any time I had a question or problem, he was there to assist me by making calls and getting down to the root of the problem. He was on top of it with the HOA, title company and mortgage companies. He was very familiar on how loans work as well as how the banks work. His knowledge was extraordinary. He is a great realtor and I would use him again and would recommend him to anyone interested in selling or purchasing a property!!!!
