We saw the house for sale sign and decided to call to see the property. We talked to Ryan and told him we were leaving town the next day but wanted to see the property in the morning hours. He was very accommodating and set us up for a viewing that next morning. He was very professional and not pushy like some agents !!! That was a positive for us. We hate to be pushed and take our time with making these types of decisions. A house is a large purchase and the last thing we needed was a pushy realtor. Ryan was the complete opposite. His communication skills were excellent and he helped us every step of the way. Any time I had a question or problem, he was there to assist me by making calls and getting down to the root of the problem. He was on top of it with the HOA, title company and mortgage companies. He was very familiar on how loans work as well as how the banks work. His knowledge was extraordinary.
