Kelly Raia stays very professional when dealing with the seller's agent from submitting our offer letter, arranging the home inspection and subsequent negotiations. She helped arrange bids from contractors for work to be done to satisfy the purchase. Her follow-up calls are always timely and thorough which kept our purchase with an out-of-state seller on schedule. She always arrived early for our meetings and her experience with the escrow process was invaluable. We know we can trust her with selling our current house and making sure that transaction goes smoothly as we move into our next one.

We met Kelly Raia at an open house she was hosting in Sun City Anthem. She impressed me that day as someone who has very good knowledge of the Henderson real estate market. She is both genial and professional and in our experience she was totally reliable in assisting us with our purchase through every intermediate hurdle and deadline. She accepted our parameters for our search and provided us many leads that weren’t apparent in internet searches. She didn’t waste our time trying to up-sell or show us houses that didn’t fit our parameters or budget. She also adapted immediately to our evolving requirements as we learned more about specific home styles and about Henderson. She managed the purchase offer and counteroffers well and successfully lobbied for other concessions from the seller throughout the process. Our current residence is in Washington and we weren’t present for much of the purchase process but Kelly ably represented us and handled little details that we couldn’t. She connected us with a good lending company that was quick to approve our conventional loan. Our purchase closed well ahead of deadline, 23 days after the contract was signed, including coordinating several repairs paid for by the seller. As other reviewers have said, Kelly is a stickler for detail, as is necessary in this business, and she responded quickly to our queries no matter the day or time. I have already recommended Kelly to a friend of mine who is moving to the area this year. I don’t imagine we will keep this home too many years, so we will look forward to having Kelly list and sell it for us when the time comes.

Kelly was fabulous to work with. She was very diligent and patient. We looked at quite a few homes with her. She wasn't pushy at all. She really knows the market and works hard for her clients. She would point out the bad as well as the good in homes that we saw with her. When we found the home we loved, she was great. We might have lost it if not for her helping us put together a winning offer and moving quickly to get an acceptance (a topping offer came in right after we signed up). She was very professional. She explained everything very well and really helped us with every detail of the process. We have bought and sold a number of homes and worked with a fair number of realtors. Kelly is by far the best we have ever worked with. I highly recommend her!!
