Christine Torres is the true essence of what a professional real estate/ rental agent is and should be! I was relocating to Las Vegas from Colorado Springs with my airline job, and had less than a month to find some place to call home. The first place that Christine showed me, I definitely wasn't impressed. Christine asked me what were things that I was looking for in a house rental. I gave her a list of my must haves and from that point she would send me properties online that fit into my criteria, and she would look into properties that I would send to her. Working with Christine was a time saver, because there were times when I would send her properties that were off the market and hadn't been removed or she wasn't able to research the properties at all. Christine had shown me at least 6-8 properties during my two trips to find a place. Jeff did a wonderful job with selling our home in North Las Vegas. Jeff followed the sale making sure things stayed on track, this was extremely appreciated by Sheryl and I as we are out of state, so it was such a relief to have someone in the area that we could trust and was in front of the sale every step of the way. Jeff took care of things that we believe the most property owners normally take care of, such as removing items that remained at the house that we ran out of time while in the area to take care of, along with a few minor repairs, watching over painters and carpet layers, this to us was above and beyond.
