Once we identified the property we wanted David went to the sellers and negotiated for us to get the best price and terms. He pointed out many things that we did not consider like certain areas to stay away from, why there are HOA fees, and landlord/tenant pitfalls to be aware of. Gong was amazing to work with! He was flexible and willing to work with my schedule to go and see homes. Once my offer was accepted he still was available to go to the house and meet me for measurements and quotes for repairs. Gong walked me through the offers and counter offers.
