He was patient and worked with us for over 4 months to take us to the different areas and provided full details for each area we visited. Once we identified the property we wanted David went to the sellers and negotiated for us to get the best price and terms. He pointed out many things that we did not consider like certain areas to stay away from, why there are HOA fees, and landlord/tenant pitfalls to be aware of.
