Through the buying process, having Damon as a resource was very reassuring. Damon was a calming influence which helped with our stress level. Even after we were closed and finished with the buying of the new house, we still went to Damon because we had such a comfort level with him. Unfortunately, we had some issues with the builder and we’re not getting the response we expected. With Damon’s help the issues we had were resolved in a timely fashion. David explained how buying in the Vegas market would be and what to expect every step of the way. He was patient and worked with us for over 4 months to take us to the different areas and provided full details for each area we visited. Once we identified the property we wanted David went to the sellers and negotiated for us to get the best price and terms. He pointed out many things that we did not consider like certain areas to stay away from, why there are HOA fees, and landlord/tenant pitfalls to be aware of. Most importantly David was honest with us and looked out for our best interest.

Brian was very helpful in the selling process. He was actually the one who sold me the home that I put on the market with him. He knows his stuff and is reliable, and communicative. Definitely would recommend for anyone buying or selling a home.

We had worked with Susette and Dave before, and they were fantastic then, so of course we chose them to sell our house. They were available to meet with us promptly after our initial contact, and they both explained the process thoroughly as we went through the paperwork. Both were sincerely interested in selling our home quickly and helping to ensure that we chose an appropriate asking price, and they made our listing attractive to buyers. We also appreciated how Susette consistently acted in our best interest, and she is honest and very knowledgeable about home buying and selling. We did experience a lapse in communication during the process. We submitted a counteroffer document to the buyer, and we didn't hear from Susette and Dave about that or any other developments for quite some time, so we were under the impression that everything was okay. Finally, 12 days later, we heard from Susette, the morning after the loan-contingency deadline, that the buyer's loan had fallen through; during this conversation, we learned that the buyer had never signed that most recent counteroffer we'd submitted. We would have appreciated proactive communication letting us know that the buyer hadn't responded in a timely fashion to that counteroffer, as well as earlier notice that there were signs of trouble for the buyer's loan. It would help clients tremendously if there were a standard policy of proactively checking in with the client regarding any developments, positive or negative, within five business days. Regardless, we did get a second buyer, and we definitely had more communication with Susette and Dave during that stretch. Ultimately the sale of our home went through smoothly, and we were glad to work with them both.

I’ve worked with Angelina twice, once to buy my home and more recently to sell it. She’s friendly, professional, and knows her stuff. The sale wasn’t easy and we ran into a lot of issues but she guided me through it and made sure everything worked out. I would definitely recommend her.
