Cuold have been a five except for the Titlt company. We have sold eight (8) homes in five states and this office of Stewart Title was by FAR the WORST ever!! Hands off should be their banner cry. We had to push them to complete each and every required task. Stewart Title should fire the entire team that "supported" us and hire a new team that knows what they are doing!

Kristen was amazing... The end of last year, the market was becoming more volatile, I was nervous as I had been looking for months and was so disappointed because I had just lost an offer on the perfect home for me. Kristen encouraged me to do a backup offer immediately and even though it seemed a waste of time since they had a solid buyer who was closing right away, she encouraged me to try. We continued to look at options over the next couple of weeks, but then lo and behold we got the call that the original buyer backed out! I couldn't believe it and before I knew it, I was moving in.
