Mark always gave me piece of mind. I had a bunch of questions and he was always knowledgeable. There was one time he thought a certain house could be bought for a price that I thought it was too low. I didn't want to put in an offer because I thought it was going to be a waste of time, but he was spot on and sold for around the amount he thought it could have been bought for. I missed my opportunity on that house, because I didn't take his advice. I should have listened to him. But, I was still able to get a house that I liked more than the one I missed.
