I met Angel well over a year ago. He had just sold a home in my area and was walking door to door to share information with myself and my neighbors. At the time, I didn't need a realtor, but he struck me as being of high moral character. Shortly after we met, I decided to retire and downsize. I called Angel and now, he is not only my realtor, he is a trusted friend. He is honest, very knowledgeable, very successful in real estate and yet very humble. I respect the fact that he can balance his work life and family life (if you've tried, you know it's not an easy thing to do!) and still be there whenever I have a question, or want to see a property. Yesterday, I made an offer on a home that is just perfect for me and I also listed my current home. I slept great last night. That's my highest recommendation. I know that what I offered on the new house is fair market value and I know that is what I will get for my current home. I slept, becuase I trust Angel. He knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does.
