Mark always gave me piece of mind. I had a bunch of questions and he was always knowledgeable. There was one time he thought a certain house could be bought for a price that I thought it was too low. I didn't want to put in an offer because I thought it was going to be a waste of time, but he was spot on and sold for around the amount he thought it could have been bought for. I missed my opportunity on that house, because I didn't take his advice. I should have listened to him. But, I was still able to get a house that I liked more than the one I missed. Trust his judgement if you're really set on a house.

Mark assisted us with our purchase, managed the rental and sale of our Vegas property. His experience, cool calm manner and great rapport with tenant made it very pleasant to be a landlord, moreso during the difficult covid period. He is "spot on" the Vegas market.
