After a bad experience with an agent in the search of my dream home in Las Vegas, I came across Allen Zeller via a referral. Did I get lucky! I understand now why Allen has a stellar reputation, he is the consummate business professional. I instantly felt I could trust him and his knowledge of the market helped me tremendously. I am very grateful I found him and will always remember that I got my dream home thanks to him. I highly recommend Allen and look forward to working with him on my next real estate deal.

Where to start? From the beginning, Yvonne had her work cut out for her! Her patience never waned as I switched from potential buyer to prospective renter and back again. She showed tremendous patience and steadfast knowledge of both the properties and locations I was interested in. Yvonne’s ability to encourage me to see possibilities of each property and what may be under the surface is the reason I am a homeowner today. Yvonne knew my budget and did not waste either of our time nor energy in showing properties outside of said budget. I was able to call on her at any point and always heard back from her within a reasonable amount of time. As a new homeowner, she helped me with the each aspect of the process-showed me great places, sat with me at escrow, celebrated my purchase, helped me with obtaining a pool key after purchase and even assisted with my homeowners warranty questions. Throughout the entire process Yvonne remembered important details and made the process absolutely smooth and amazing. I highly recommend Yvonne Rojas to anyone and everyone wanting a truly exceptional experience.
