She was completely right, the house was exactly what we were looking for. Holly’s knowledge of the market was super impressive, and her communication throughout the process was excellent. She was always responsive, proactive, honest, and willing to answer all of our questions. Her negotiation skills were also great and helped make the process feel smooth and manageable. People always say buying a home is one of the most stressful things you can do, but Holly made the experience far less stressful. Deb, treated me like family and went out of her way many times to accommodate me to make this move from out of state as smooth as possible; gave great suggestions of people and businesses we might need once we made the move. Because I couldn’t be there, she took the bull by the horns, set up a contractor she knew to install new floors and an electrician to take care of an electrical issue. Not once did she say she was too busy to accommodate whatever we needed Deb is an amazing woman and is very well known in the community here and I can see why. Dave has been an awesome realtor from start to finish. He showed me houses I thought met what I wanted. When those didn't seem to fit my needs he showed me ones he thought would be better and they were. He also helped me negotiate a better deal for my new home. Dave also helped me every step of the way through the sale and even after when I couldn't immediately move in as I live out of town and was selling my home. He helped get me in contact with a landscaper and met with people to allow them into the house when I could not be there myself. I would recommend him for anyone in Mesquite looking for realty.
