My wife and I were brand new to this and originally started the ball rolling with the local bank. The first thing I heard out of the loan officer from the bank was that they were going to have to charge me for an additional credit report because there was a typ-o. I was blown away. Here we are, first time home buyers with exceptional credit and they want to start things off by charging me a hundred bucks to run my credit? Luckily we came across David Newman and his wonderful wife luckily while we were out to dinner one night. After some small talk and introductions the topic came up that we were looking for a new place. Low and behold this fine duo subtly started explaining that they happen to be local realtors, and come packaged with local private lenders. Still skeptical, my wife and I gave it a shot due to the charisma these two shared. Turns out that they due in fact have a serious knowledge of the local area and have a Serious Network of knowledgeable comrades in all fields regarding. From the first phone call Dave had us on speed dial even though we were dragging a bit out of doubt and fear experienced by our bank. He gained our complete respect and Trust by not hounding us like a salesman and reassuring us with his acquaintances, whom by the way happen to be the finest and most knowledgeable lenders in the area. Every single step along the way once we committed to Dave and his "Entourage " was handled by by several seruously Professional and Experienced people that did all the hard work and presented us on a Daily basis with easy step by step processes to complete. Each and every process was fully explained in detail. If there was a question, several people responded. My wife and I were cordially invited to actually step foot into all the places we had on our wish list and Dave was easily accommodating to our current schedules to view the places and critique. Needless to say, there is alot more that we could could say here, bottom line is...Better Call Dave!

We met David via phone and FaceTime in August 2024. We had an interest in several homes but couldn't get to the finish line with sellers.
