Holly Matthews’ journey into real estate was almost inevitable. Raised in the small mountain town of Bailey, Colorado, she grew up around the industry, learning the ins and outs while spending time in her father’s real estate brokerage. While she was still too young to officially join the family business, Holly channeled her energy into another passion—dance.
That passion turned into entrepreneurship in her 20s, when she built a thriving fitness dance business with over 200 students. Through that experience, she developed the work ethic, creativity, and people-first mindset that continue to define her real estate career today.
In 2014, ready to trade snow for sunshine, Holly made the move to Mesquite to be closer to her mother, a longtime resident. It was there she followed in her father’s footsteps and stepped into real estate—quickly finding her stride and never looking back.
With over 10 years in the industry, Holly has become one of Mesquite’s top-producing agents, known for her dedication, market knowledge, and genuine connection with her clients. Five years ago, she co-founded her own brokerage, building it on a foundation of integrity, collaboration, and high standards. In 2025, after the heartbreaking loss of her business partner, Holly stepped into the role of Broker, leading the company forward with strength, vision, and heart.
Holly truly loves this business—not just the homes, but the people. She is deeply committed to her clients and equally passionate about supporting and mentoring the agents within her brokerage. Creating a positive, driven, and supportive environment for her team is one of her greatest priorities.
Outside of real estate, Holly enjoys the outdoors, spending time with animals, and connecting with her community—values that naturally carry over into the way she serves her clients every day.
