Dave has been an awesome realtor from start to finish. He showed me houses I thought met what I wanted. When those didn't seem to fit my needs he showed me ones he thought would be better and they were. He also helped me negotiate a better deal for my new home. Dave also helped me every step of the way through the sale and even after when I couldn't immediately move in as I live out of town and was selling my home. He helped get me in contact with a landscaper and met with people to allow them into the house when I could not be there myself. I would recommend him for anyone in Mesquite looking for realty.
