She was also one of the best communicators I have met in the real estate business. She would tailor her communication methods to what we felt most comfortable with and was flexible on when we could talk making sure 1) we got our discussions completed timely and 2) we never felt like we were being inconvenienced nor that we were inconveniencing her. If I could give Ed 10 stars, I would. Being first-time homebuyers, Ed educated us. He just didn't "sell" us a house, but each home we stepped into, he showed us what to look for/observe. Ed is open, honest, transparent, well seasoned, and patient. He answered every question with patience and grace and never made us feel like a burden.
