I will start off by saying it was an all around great experience! During the initial walk through Brenda took notes and at the end communicated with me about things that I could work on in the house to make it appealing for the showing. I thought I did a pretty good job of cleaning before the showing but Brenda was on top of it and jumped right in to clean where I had missed. She explained how she was going to market the home and had a professional photographer take a lot of photos inside and out. Each room in the house had a card posted on the wall displaying details about the room. This process kept people in the house longer. She warned me that it could get extremely busy with the showings and she was right! I think I spent three days/hours on end at the dog park with my pup while the house showed. After day three she said we had five great offers that I should look at and asked if I wanted to keep showing. A lot of people left great comments about the home. I could go on about all the work Brenda put into the preparation and marketing of my home but I will say she was very professional, great communication, and a blessing to work with!
