I will start off by saying it was an all around great experience! During the initial walk through Brenda took notes and at the end communicated with me about things that I could work on in the house to make it appealing for the showing. I thought I did a pretty good job of cleaning before the showing but Brenda was on top of it and jumped right in to clean where I had missed. She explained how she was going to market the home and had a professional photographer take a lot of photos inside and out. Each room in the house had a card posted on the wall displaying details about the room. This process kept people in the house longer. She warned me that it could get extremely busy with the showings and she was right! I think I spent three days/hours on end at the dog park with my pup while the house showed. After day three she said we had five great offers that I should look at and asked if I wanted to keep showing. A lot of people left great comments about the home. I could go on about all the work Brenda put into the preparation and marketing of my home but I will say she was very professional, great communication, and a blessing to work with!

But Brenda, who helped my Mom find her "dream home", took the lead...and from the very first meeting, she created a plan and reassured us that the sale would go smoothly and as painlessly as possible. She was kind, thoughtful and caring throughout it all. She helped us navigate Mom's estate sale, she took care of whatever was needed to keep us from having to go to the house over and over again. And she was in CONSTANT communication the entire time. I could go on and on, but selling my Mom's home was one of the more difficult things I've ever had to do. But Brenda knew that and knew exactly how comfort us throughout the entire process. As for the sale...it happened so fast I didn't even have time to process it all. We had MULTIPLE offers during the first weekend it was listed. The price was more than fair and Brenda's approach to selecting the buyer made it as easy as possible to make the decision. Not a thing went wrong during the entire process. And I attribute it to the fact that Brenda truly cares about her clients. She saw the sadness in our hearts and used the love that was in her's to take care of us and ease us through the sale. I can't recommend or thank her enough.
