I could not be any happier with choosing Elaina to sell my daughter’s house. She walked with me through the entire house and gave me suggestions she felt would help sell our home quickly. Elaina, is very knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate and was always available and responded quickly to all of our inquiries. She has made several sales and purchases for our family. We gave her an almost impossible task of finding our age in place home. We gave her a very extensive list of requirements that were not negotiable and she found our new home through her tireless efforts.

We asked Elaina to help us find an investment property for rental, in a specific area of North Kansas City. Elaina was not only responsive and helpful, she was also able to make time available to walk through properties on multiple occasions when our schedules didn't completely align. Not only did we find the property we were looking for, but we got through the inspection, contract negotiations and closing with no issues at all. Elaina helped to make what can be a stressful process, as stress-free as possible.

During discussions she would tell us her thoughts, the basis for those thoughts, and how she planned to achieve the results she discussed. The key for us was she always delivered. She was also one of the best communicators I have met in the real estate business. She would tailor her communication methods to what we felt most comfortable with and was flexible on when we could talk making sure 1) we got our discussions completed timely and 2) we never felt like we were being inconvenienced nor that we were inconveniencing her. We found her based an a recommendation from a neighbor. We would definitely recommend her to any of our neighbors.

Elaina was excellent throughout the entire process. She was a strong communicator and very understanding of our questions. She was very friendly and accommodating.

She not only listened to what I wanted she watched out for my best interested. I got real lucky with getting her as an agent. She works very hard to get everything you want in your house. I consider her a friend she keeps it real rather you like it or not, but when you are purchasing something like a house I prefer honesty over telling me what I want to hear. She was a referral to me, I sadly hope to not use her again as an Agent but look forward to a life long friend.
