If I could give Ed 10 stars, I would. Being first-time homebuyers, Ed educated us. He just didn't "sell" us a house, but each home we stepped into, he showed us what to look for/observe. Ed is open, honest, transparent, well seasoned, and patient. He answered every question with patience and grace and never made us feel like a burden.
