If I could give Ed 10 stars, I would. Being first-time homebuyers, Ed educated us. He just didn't "sell" us a house, but each home we stepped into, he showed us what to look for/observe. Ed is open, honest, transparent, well seasoned, and patient. He answered every question with patience and grace and never made us feel like a burden. Ed and I met in 2004 when I was selling a rural property - he was able to accomplish what the prior 2 realtors couldn't and sold the property in quick fashion and for a price and terms that made me happy as the seller and was more than fair for the buyer. When I went to purchase my second home, of course I contacted Ed.
