I just happened to see an investment property with potential as I drove to an appointment, but I was going to miss the open house. Fiona made arrangements for me to tour the property 15 minutes after the open house was over, and helped me make a winning offer. She scheduled the inspections and made sure that the deal was going to work for me (no "gotchas" in the legalese or property condition). Rene was very organized and knowledgeable. Since this is our first home, we were nervous and didnt really know how the system worked, but Rene gave us peace of mind.
