My husband and I were tasked with selling two houses in order to purchase our dream home with land. It was not easy at all, but Lin, as always, was in touch and on top of it all and navigated us through every steps. Lin is very professional, knowledgeable, and gracious. We have used her for 3 sales and 3 purchases and I would not ever consider using anyone else anyone else besides Lin Van Meter. Hopefully this is our happily ever after home and we will not need Lin's expertise in the future, but we look forward to referring friends and family her way.

Donna is very knowledgeable knows her stuff been around a long time.Got me a great deal and closed in less than a month

Nick was very goto work with in selling my home. His marketing and promotion plan was impressive. He did everything he said he would do and was very helpful in negotiating a final sale price. Nick followed through all the way to closing I would recommend Nick for any future real estate business.

Julie is very responsive. We never had to wait to get an answer on any questions we had. She is respectful, positive and patient. We never felt like she was pushing us to make a decision we were not ready for. She helped us search for two years and never made us feel like we were a burden or like she was tired of showing us houses.

Having Mark as your realtor is like having an older brother. He doesn’t let you get pushed around and he has your best interest at heart. I now count Mark as a friend and appreciate the connections and experiences he has gained over a long and successful career. Now that I’ve got a home Mark has answered my questions and given me helpful options making ownership easier.

Ashley was very organized and attentive to my home sale throughout the entire process. She is very knowledgeable and was always willing and available to promptly answer any questions or address any concerns I had. Her positive attitude is contagious and she goes above and beyond to ensure her clients have the best possible experience. I highly recommend her for your next real estate transaction!
