Very knowledgeable with entire process from downsizing, staging home, marketing, the listing to sell my home was spot on- had several offers before open house was over! She worked really hard to make my sell/purchase go smoothly from start to finish!! Very professional and thorough when working with realtors, bankers, inspectors, appraisers. Her experience was so helpful to me!

Daryl made the whole process of selling my condo as easy and smooth as it could be. If there was something I didn't understand, he took the time to explain. For any decision that had to be made, he would go over the options and would give his recommendation; but the decision was 100% mine, no pressure. He even dealt with the HOA president, who was something less than cooperative. Hopefully won't be moving anytime soon, but will be calling Daryl for any future real estate needs.
