As a first time home buyer, I was referred to Steve by a close friend who worked with him to buy his first home. I was told that Steve was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and would always have my best interests in mind. I went into this process nervous, excited, and with high expectations due to this referral. I'm happy to say that Steve lived up to these expectations and then some. While I was focusing on things like the color of the walls, where we could put furniture, etc, Steve was looking out for the important things like the quality of the home, windows, plumbing, etc. As a certified non-expert on these things, this was a huge help and it was invaluable to have someone I could trust to identify any issues. I had a very specific area I was looking to buy in, and after a lot of patience, we finally found the place. As soon as we said we were interested, Steve got the process started and before we knew it we were touring the place, and in turn, purchasing it. I'm writing this from my new home and couldn't be happier, but if I ever decide to move to a different place I wouldn't hesitate to call Steve. Whether it's your first home or tenth, I can't recommend utilizing Steve's expertise enough.
