She was attentive, knowledgeable, candid, and always ready to meet or discuss whenever houses came on the market that I wanted to see or questions I had in the home buying process. Once I found a home I wanted to bid on, she was helpful in assessing the market in that area and thinking through the negotiation process. Once an offer was accepted/final, she was great as getting me over the finish line, including asking great questions during the inspection, making sure my lender had the requisite information / was on track, dealing with the listing agent to address any questions or open points.
