They have excellent knowledge of the local market and with all their contacts they were able to find the right buyer for us immediately. Lynn was always quick to respond to inquiries and very thorough with her explanation. Lynn arranged for us to work a wonderful woman, Lisa Quigley from The Title Group, to do my parents closing. Lisa and Ben came out to my parents new place so parents would be as comfortable as possible. I'm so grateful to Lynn, Ben and Lisa for all thier hard work and kindness.
