We had what I thought would be a relative easy Sale, a Lakeshore listing, it was in the spring. but the Market will tell you what is going on. Alissia had to get creative with different time open houses, pairing with other agents for some big open house's on the Lake. Once we did receive a offer I feel that is when the real work started, because the offer was anything but normal .
