Alissia Kreger

Alissia was responsive, knew our community/region, optimistic and complimentary about our home and property (which was so kind since we had to sell quickly for health decline; we didn’t really want to move away yet)! Alissia has an abundance of references and resources to support sellers’ home needs (painter, mechanical support/water heater replacement etc.).

Alissia was easy to work with, super knowledgeable and a great negotiator.

We were blessed to work with Alissia for buying a home and selling our other. We were busy with our new life and she was so great about informing us, reminding us, but also taking pressure off of us and making our timeline work with others’. We’ve had frustrations with realtors in the past, but we felt taken care of and alerted to important notices at every turn. (Also fun. Also pretty.)

We had what I thought would be a relative easy Sale, a Lakeshore listing, it was in the spring. but the Market will tell you what is going on. Alissia had to get creative with different time open houses, pairing with other agents for some big open house's on the Lake. Once we did receive a offer I feel that is when the real work started, because the offer was anything but normal . The closing process was also handled with great knowledge and she kept us informed on every step in this process. I would recommend Alissia for all of Real Estate needs whether they be selling or purchasing or your Dream. Thanks Alissia! Keith & Carol

Alissa made a very difficult process much more comfortable for me. I recently lost my husband so I was walking this process alone for the first time. Her knowledge base is excellent. She was able to answer all my questions. She gets the highest rating possible regarding communication. She kept me informed on a regular basis and responded quickly to any written or verbal communication. She went above and beyond all expectations. An example, when I could not do a quick weed whipping prior to an open house ….she did it!!!!! I highly recommend enlisting her skills the next time you are buying or selling.

Alissia is amazing! My house sold in less than a week and over asking price thanks to her expertise and dedication. She made the whole process simple and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend her to friends and family.
