Stacey was a great communicator, with us and with the seller’s realtor to help facilitate questions we had about the property. She helped us locate pertinent info regarding the property that allowed us to make a more informed decision. Very pleasant and knowledgeable.

First time we weren’t ready for some comments about the retaining wall. We both probably could have done better and had someone out to analyze the wall. Second time around from for sale. Went better to start. Got offer right away but their sellers backed out bad appraisal. Active again and low ball offer but cash. To demanding. Finally sold to original buyers but wished I hadn’t. Should have left it on the market.
