We had what I thought would be a relative easy Sale, a Lakeshore listing, it was in the spring. but the Market will tell you what is going on. Alissia had to get creative with different time open houses, pairing with other agents for some big open house's on the Lake. Once we did receive a offer I feel that is when the real work started, because the offer was anything but normal . The closing process was also handled with great knowledge and she kept us informed on every step in this process. Alissa made a very difficult process much more comfortable for me. I recently lost my husband so I was walking this process alone for the first time. Her knowledge base is excellent. She was able to answer all my questions. She gets the highest rating possible regarding communication. She kept me informed on a regular basis and responded quickly to any written or verbal communication. She went above and beyond all expectations. An example, when I could not do a quick weed whipping prior to an open house ….she did it!!!!! I highly recommend enlisting her skills the next time you are buying or selling.

We have worked with Alissia off and on over the last 2-3 years. Never knowing exactly what we were looking for. She was always so patient, personable and pleasant. In our mid 60s this was really our first time looking for and purchasing a house (our first home more or less fell into our laps and we assumed a contract) other than that we had done a couple refis.
