Van is a top notch realtor! He was very patient with us being first time buyers, and showed a genuine desire to find the right house for us. His dedication shined through when he notified us of a house that came up for sale on a holiday! All around our experience with Van was great, and anyone that asks we highly recommend him!

We cant recommend Haeley enough if you are looking for a realtor. She has quickly turned into someone that we not only respect, but deeply admire. When you are selling or buying a house, you want someone who is a good communicator because SO many questions will arise. Haeley is excellent at responding and helping answer anything and everything that comes up. She is thorough, very knowledgeable, fair and just an all around hard worker. Selling or buying a home is a big deal, finding someone to help you do that who is trustworthy is imperative - that is Haeley.

Purchasing a new home: We started looking for a new home without really know what we wanted. After seeing so many homes with her, we were able to prioritize our needs. Lisa helped us negotiate with the builder and informed us the process. We are very happy with the purchase.<br/><br/>Selling a home: Our previous house was listed with her. It was like a miracle sale! When we were working on painting the house, Lisa called us and said that we needed to get the house listed in a couple of days. She said she may have found a buyer. To make a long story short, the buyer accepted our counteroffer within a FEW days of the listing date. Although we were very fortunate, Lisa helped us get more than we expected and helped us sell the house in a very short time. <br/><br/>We highly recommend Lisa!!

We first had Michelle come out to our house and give an appraisal. We weren’t ready to sell, but she was able to talk us into fixing a few things up and getting it on the market. We were very surprised at the appraisal she gave us. Higher than what we thought. ( we also had 2 offers in just one day and we took the offer that was the best. Sold for over what we were asking.) What a great feeling to know the hard work we put into getting the house ready to sell paid off. She’s been an agent for 20 years and I can see why she’s the best in the business, she sure knows her stuff. She was always very quick to respond to a text message and keeping us very well informed on every process we were going through on both buying and selling the two houses. We couldn’t be more happy to have worked with Michelle and her knowledge of real estate. I would highly recommend Michelle to all my friends and family. I found Cory to be very professional in all aspects of selling our house from the initial appraisal to the closing. His market analysis was in line with what other homes in the area were selling. We had some health issues in regard to moving which necessitated solving some problems that were not necessarily within the scope of what an agent would be expected to do. Cory worked with us to deal with all of these areas. He kept me up to date on interested parties along with information related to their responses. I would definitely recommend him to anyone selling their property.
