Knowledgeable, great communication

Robert (Bob) is an excellent negotiator with strong and prompt communication skills. He understands thoroughly the ins and outs of buying and selling homes. Bob was attentive to all details, was very professional, well informed, with strong communication.

Bob made numerous phone calls to me to any my questions and to clarify complicated issues. He also made several visits to the house to help clarify matters with the city of St. Paul housing inspectors regarding code compliance. Bob was very timely in responding to problems and to my questions. Excellent service!

Extremely Knowledgeable and Professional
