Working with Todd was awesome! Friendly, funny and an overall really nice guy! He made the process of buying a house quick, easy and fun! He helped us find the perfect home! We told him exactly what we wanted in a home, the type of area, scenery and features on/in the house. He found so many great homes to choose from that we definitely had our work cut out for us when it came time to decide which houses we wanted to put offers on. I used Todd to buy and sell my own home in 2018 so when a dear friend passed and I was charged with selling her home I knew who to call! I knew he was a great communicator, very organized, always available, and had his pulse on the TC housing market. What I didn't know at the time is, how valuable he would prove to be in navigating the nuances of an Estate and home as part of a trust. He worked with the attorney, closers, HOA and me to make sure all the things needed were lined up and ready to go even on a very tight time line. There is no one else I would call or recommend regarding selling a home anywhere in the Twin Cities!

He was responsive and kept us informed of the process from listing to post-closing. We were informed of every showing and the results of the offers. He gave us excellent advise when it came to accepting the multiple offers on the home.

Todd goes about selling and buying property for us in a customized fashion for each time. We recently had Todd Stenvig’s expertise in listing an income property. We have had the pleasure of working with Todd for the sale and build of two of our homes, the first one 21 years ago and the home we just moved into recently. When we decided to move again, we didn't hesitate to call Todd. He is professional, hard-working, and gives utmost attention to details. Also, he was extremely responsive to phone calls or e-mails and communicating in general. We felt very secure knowing that Todd would take good care of us during the process of selling our old home and building a new one.

We bought our home from Todd and always promised when the time came, we would ask for his help to sell. Todd kept in touch and 15 years later we were ready to sell. Todd was great through the whole process. I never felt he was telling me what I wanted to hear. He was always honest and fair, which is important when selling the family home. He was always preparing us for the next step while guiding through the current step. We could not use him to buy our new home as we were moving out of state. However, he was always available to talk through my buying issues if needed. He even searched buying agents for me. My only complaint is that he is always respectfully early. Since I am always late, there was some adjustment on my part. I have dealt with a lot of realtors and without hesitation I can say Todd is the best.
