Not only did he make the referral that was instrumental in selling our oceanfront cottage in Cannon Beach, Oregon, but he also went above and beyond helping us buy our lake home while we were still in Cannon Beach. He made multiple trips to the lake house that we ultimately bought, gave us video tours of it, pausing and answering questions about every room, zooming in and out to help us get a better sense of the property and its amenities for all three of its buildings. Donavon handled every single detail so we could complete the purchase and closing while we were still in Cannon Beach!
