We had tried to sell our very unique house numerous times in the past 2-3 years. A few realtors, and once on our own, all of which produced little interest and no viable offers. Kirk came in with confidence and a plan driven by data points he had a firm grasp on. Everything from when to list and when to launch mini-marketing campigns to draw more interest. He was transparent and honest with us on all our questions. He was the main reason we secured a buyer to complete the sale of our house.

David and Patty were great to work with throughout the entire process of buying and selling our home. This was our first time selling a house, and they guided us through the process in a clear and understandable way. Whenever we had questions or concerns, they were always available to help. When it came time to make important decisions, they explained the pros and cons, giving us the information to make the best decisions for ourselves. We also appreciated the time they put into open houses to get potential buyers to view the home as well. If we ever need a realtor again, we would absolutely work with them without hesitation.

Matt has helped us and 4 of our family members buy and sell multiple houses. He is very responsive and is easy to work with. His negotiating skills helped us save over $5,000 on our most recent purchase. He is very knowledgable about the Minneapolis area and a great guy all around. Highly recommend!!!
