Our home listed a week after first meeting with Brace, and had multiple offers, the first weekend. We are very pleased with everything that his team did for us, and would heartily recommend them for any real estate transaction. We first had Michelle come out to our house and give an appraisal. We weren’t ready to sell, but she was able to talk us into fixing a few things up and getting it on the market. We were very surprised at the appraisal she gave us. Higher than what we thought. ( we also had 2 offers in just one day and we took the offer that was the best. Sold for over what we were asking.) What a great feeling to know the hard work we put into getting the house ready to sell paid off.
