We decided to move across the country rather quickly. There is truly no way we could have done it without Kevin. Kevin has such a warm, calm (very important when you're going through the stress of moving across the country) and professional demeanor. Stellar communicator. He would reach out with timely updates and introduce considerations so that we could weigh out decisions with wisdom based upon our priorities--which he always honored so respectfully. He always informed us to empower us and was never pressuring or cajoling. He also rolled up his sleeves to help get things done with a smile on his face--there are countless things he helped us with that I don't think most realtors would even think to do. Once we moved and our house was yet to be sold, he was the one keeping up with EVERYTHING. Even selling the furniture on marketplace we left behind. Seriously. I'm pretty sure he did things for us he didn't even tell us about. He's an expert realtor, but more importantly, he's truly a really good man with solid character and unbeatable work ethic.

Elizabeth and Aidan went over and above to help me with the sale of my family home this year. They had excellent recommendations for upgrades to make my home more attractive to buyers, presented the market comparables very clearly and in the end we received a very good sale price. I was living in another state during the sale and they looked after the home for me and even helped with coordination of trades workers and moving my staging furniture prior to closing, They were also a big help in finding vendors and tradespeople for the upgrades, and window and interior cleaners. I can't say enough about how helpful they were given my situation. Elizabeth was also very good at communicating regularly and making clear decisions about initial pricing and price adjustments based on the market conditions.
