From market knowledge to staging to negotiating, she provided excellent advice and her communication skills are outstanding. She is clearly passionate about every aspect of real estate. We had a couple of challenging situations arise and she guided us through them perfectly. She is very detailed and tenacious. She quickly gets answers to any question that may arise. She’s an excellent negotiator. We were ready to sign and she advised us to hold out for a better deal and she was right. We could not be more pleased with Bree. Could not recommend David more! He made the whole process as seamless as possible for our scenario. We were moving out of the country and wanted to sell before leaving if possible. The buyers threw some curveballs our way and David was there to help with every step of the process. He was always very quick to respond to our questions. The sale didn't end up finalizing before we left, but he helped us get everything in place while we were overseas to make sure it went through smoothly in the end.
