I am a first-time homebuyer and I just closed TODAY! I was nervous to start this entire process as I didn't have much knowledge on down payments, interest rates, and basically anything homeowner related. In comes Will with all the knowledge, experience, and kindness I could have needed. Working with Will was the best experience I could have ever hoped for. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, organized, and responsive. I explained to him what I was looking for and my price range and he didn't try to have me spend more or do something I wasn't quite ready for. Will knew how to read my nerves and provide information that I needed to make me feel safe and confident in my decision. I will forever recommend Will as a relator to anyone in my life is who looking to sell or buy a house. His work ethic is next level and his warm personality makes the big experience 10x more enjoyable.

Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.

Could not recommend David more! He made the whole process as seamless as possible for our scenario. We were moving out of the country and wanted to sell before leaving if possible. The buyers threw some curveballs our way and David was there to help with every step of the process. He was always very quick to respond to our questions. The sale didn't end up finalizing before we left, but he helped us get everything in place while we were overseas to make sure it went through smoothly in the end.
