When it came time to negotiate I was very confident in Karen’s skills of communicating with the other agents and she handled all of the details making sure it ALL went smoothly. Working with Karen was a great experience all around. She is very passionate about finding a home that fits her clients style and goes the extra mile to search for it. We cant recommend Haeley enough if you are looking for a realtor. She has quickly turned into someone that we not only respect, but deeply admire. When you are selling or buying a house, you want someone who is a good communicator because SO many questions will arise. Haeley is excellent at responding and helping answer anything and everything that comes up. She is thorough, very knowledgeable, fair and just an all around hard worker. Selling or buying a home is a big deal, finding someone to help you do that who is trustworthy is imperative - that is Haeley.

Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.

Lisa was wonderful every step of the way, from pricing and staging my town home, to marketing and facilitating the closing. She is amazing!
