He was always very professional, but also very caring. He is very easy to approach. When we were finally able to meet, he carefully explained every detail of the process. We completed the paperwork and moved out quickly. He went the next day and touched up my sister's condominium. He took pictures, and the condo was listed that day. I began to get notices of showings. In five days, we had 2 offers. Jeff walked us through what each offer was about. We accepted one. 25 days later, the sale was complete. We ran into some snags, but he diligently and persistently made contact with the agency from which we needed to get information. Every step of the way, he reassured us, helped us ,and explained tough requirements. We very much appreciated his service to our family through his vocation.
