Justin was absolutely wonderful to work with! He went above and beyond to help us prepare our home for selling. He was at our home lending a hand during the final days before listing. We appreciate him outlining the steps for us to take to thoughtfully prepare our home for selling. He is well connected and resourceful. On the buying side, we appreciate his broad knowledge and efficiency. Justin’s background in lending was immensely helpful. Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.

We would highly recommend Kathy, Sarah and their team! They sold our home in 14 days after the listing date! They have an unbelievable work ethic, great negotiating skills and communicated quickly and answered all our questions and concerns through the whole process. Lynn guided me perfectly through the whole selling process and did everything possible to get the best outcome. He is very well connected which is very helpful. Lynn went above and beyond to get the best results for my sale. He is extremely professional but beyond that he is a very nice person.
