Sarah was highly recommended by family members who had used her in the past. My experience is that she was very, very knowledgeable and knew the market well. She worked very hard at staging my mom's condo for showings and photos (not easy because condo was in need of rehab). She wrote a great listing. She answered my questions and gave me guidance when needed. She replied immediately every time I contacted her. I have the utmost faith and confidence in Sarah and will highly recommend her to any of my friends and family members.

They answered all questions I had regarding the purchasing process, the market value and reasonable offer price, to walking through the home and discussing potential structural issues to consider.
