Cindy was amazing when it came to selling our home and then helping us purchase our new home. She listened to us. She provided honest feedback. She was ALWAYS available to answer any questions I had, no matter what absurd hour I was contacting her at. If I wasn't reaching out to her, then she was reaching out to me to keep me up to date. She works hard for you and makes your interest her priority! I would not recommend anyone else. She is for you!

Brad was great and extremely knowledgeable. I've already recommended him to several friends. A very nice person as well. He definitely went above and beyond for me.

Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.

We would highly recommend Kathy, Sarah and their team! They sold our home in 14 days after the listing date! They have an unbelievable work ethic, great negotiating skills and communicated quickly and answered all our questions and concerns through the whole process. We were moving out of the state and they also helped us with relocating. We hope to stay in touch and would use Kathy and Sarah again in a heartbeat!

Mark is very detail oriented and will protect you as a buyer. Anytime we wanted to look at a home, he made it work and got us there whenever he could, even with our limited schedule. He stood up for us when dealing with a difficult seller’s agent and helped us by recommending a new lender to get us a better interest rate. He was there for us whenever we needed him. He’s the guy you can trust.

I enjoyed working with Wendy throughout the process of selling my house. She was great at answering and explaining any questions I had. I would definitely recommend her.
