Cindy was amazing when it came to selling our home and then helping us purchase our new home. She listened to us. She provided honest feedback. She was ALWAYS available to answer any questions I had, no matter what absurd hour I was contacting her at. If I wasn't reaching out to her, then she was reaching out to me to keep me up to date. She works hard for you and makes your interest her priority! I would not recommend anyone else. She is for you!

Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.
