I have had the pleasure of working with Sue Gonyea multiple times and each experience has been outstanding. I may have gotten myself into a property that would have required more than I could afford, or eliminated a property for consideration believing it would have cost more to "fix" or renovate than needed. We’ve been working with Linda since March to prepare for a September move across country (California to Minnesota) … she’s been great with understanding and considering our needs and wants/wishes.
