Mike reached out to me early on in my home buying experience, before I really understood the process to come. He quickly began to inform me of the procedures ahead and effectively communicated the steps to take and how to complete them. We met weekly, usually at home tours. My buying process took over 6 months due to the market at the time and Mike was more than helpful keeping me informed on housing trends, prices, new properties, good deals, bad deals, tips and tricks, etc. He is an absolute professional of the trade with years and years of experience. Simply put Mike truly made my home purchasing experience a fun and enjoyable time. I am very pleased with the service he provided me and my home purchasing experience.

We had tried to sell our very unique house numerous times in the past 2-3 years. A few realtors, and once on our own, all of which produced little interest and no viable offers. Kirk came in with confidence and a plan driven by data points he had a firm grasp on. Everything from when to list and when to launch mini-marketing campigns to draw more interest. He was transparent and honest with us on all our questions. He was the main reason we secured a buyer to complete the sale of our house.

We first had Michelle come out to our house and give an appraisal. We weren’t ready to sell, but she was able to talk us into fixing a few things up and getting it on the market. We were very surprised at the appraisal she gave us. Higher than what we thought. ( we also had 2 offers in just one day and we took the offer that was the best. Sold for over what we were asking.) What a great feeling to know the hard work we put into getting the house ready to sell paid off. She’s been an agent for 20 years and I can see why she’s the best in the business, she sure knows her stuff. She was always very quick to respond to a text message and keeping us very well informed on every process we were going through on both buying and selling the two houses. We couldn’t be more happy to have worked with Michelle and her knowledge of real estate. I would highly recommend Michelle to all my friends and family. We cant recommend Haeley enough if you are looking for a realtor. She has quickly turned into someone that we not only respect, but deeply admire. When you are selling or buying a house, you want someone who is a good communicator because SO many questions will arise. Haeley is excellent at responding and helping answer anything and everything that comes up. She is thorough, very knowledgeable, fair and just an all around hard worker. Selling or buying a home is a big deal, finding someone to help you do that who is trustworthy is imperative - that is Haeley.
