Our home listed a week after first meeting with Brace, and had multiple offers, the first weekend. We are very pleased with everything that his team did for us, and would heartily recommend them for any real estate transaction. I saw them first hand and in action, because they were the listing agents for my son's home in Bearpath in Eden Prairie. They did a fabulous job, and the house was sold for 1.3 million.
