We cannot recommend Nick enough!  Throughout the entire process, he was patient, supportive, and made home buying enjoyable, judgment-free, and exciting. When we felt discouraged ( because we were picky 🙄) , Nick helped us stay hopeful and reminded us that the right home was out there. Thanks to his dedication, we finally found our forever home. Nick was also amazing with our two-year-old son, Jamie. While my husband and I talked through homes and plans, Jamie always loved spending time with Nick. It took eight months and half a dozen rejected offers; finally, we got one. It was crazy, prices were sky rocketing, and people were paying. Throughout the entire time, Carol was patient, pleasant and persistent. To top it off, even after our offer was accepted, she continued to accel making sure I checked into everything. She provided connections to all aspects of home maintenance and home improvement, inside tips on what works well for this and that; and what impressed me the most was the way she stepped in to make sure I wasn't being overly stressed out by people demanding document after document during the closing period.
