Purchasing a new home: We started looking for a new home without really know what we wanted. After seeing so many homes with her, we were able to prioritize our needs. Lisa helped us negotiate with the builder and informed us the process. We are very happy with the purchase.<br/><br/>Selling a home: Our previous house was listed with her. It was like a miracle sale! When we were working on painting the house, Lisa called us and said that we needed to get the house listed in a couple of days. She said she may have found a buyer. To make a long story short, the buyer accepted our counteroffer within a FEW days of the listing date. Throughout the entire time, Carol was patient, pleasant and persistent. To top it off, even after our offer was accepted, she continued to accel making sure I checked into everything.
