Purchasing a new home: We started looking for a new home without really know what we wanted. After seeing so many homes with her, we were able to prioritize our needs. Lisa helped us negotiate with the builder and informed us the process. We are very happy with the purchase.

Selling a home: Our previous house was listed with her. It was like a miracle sale! When we were working on painting the house, Lisa called us and said that we needed to get the house listed in a couple of days. She said she may have found a buyer. To make a long story short, the buyer accepted our counteroffer within a FEW days of the listing date. Although we were very fortunate, Lisa helped us get more than we expected and helped us sell the house in a very short time.

We highly recommend Lisa!!

We were looking for a townhouse in Minneapolis near our family. We found one 2 blocks from where they live, and Barbara was wonderful in handling all the details, checking out the townhouse for us, and arranging for painting and other work. The whole process was seamless. I highly recommend Barbara if you need an agent in Minneapolis.

Jill has helped us not only once but twice in selling our past homes and buying our others. She will truly go to the end of the earth and back to make sure you are taken care of and finding a house that fits you best. She will always have your best interest and I couldn’t imagine anyone else as our realtor!
