Joni is an amazing realtor! We looked at a property with Joni that we hoped to make our seasonal spot. Joni answered any and all questions we had with ease. If she didn’t know the answer, she found someone who did in a timely manner. She was so knowledgeable about the property as well as the surrounding area. She stayed with us through the entire process, and even stated she would be willing to help us with anything in the future. Joni went above and beyond to make this experience smooth for all of us.

Jessica is a great realtor to work with. She got to know us and what our needs were in a home, and answered all questions we had. All in all it was a pleasant first time homebuying experience.

We first had Michelle come out to our house and give an appraisal. We weren’t ready to sell, but she was able to talk us into fixing a few things up and getting it on the market. We were very surprised at the appraisal she gave us. Higher than what we thought. ( we also had 2 offers in just one day and we took the offer that was the best. Sold for over what we were asking.) What a great feeling to know the hard work we put into getting the house ready to sell paid off. She’s been an agent for 20 years and I can see why she’s the best in the business, she sure knows her stuff. She was always very quick to respond to a text message and keeping us very well informed on every process we were going through on both buying and selling the two houses. We couldn’t be more happy to have worked with Michelle and her knowledge of real estate. I would highly recommend Michelle to all my friends and family. The longest I waited for anything was around 12 hours, even when he was on vacation. We did not feel rushed to buy a house at any point.
